Rockstar Games management may not reschedule the release of GTA VI due to delays in the schedule. In this respect reports Kotaku publication.
According to sources, possible delays in production may cause the game to be postponed from spring 2025 to a later date (in emergency cases, to late 2025 or even 2026). But for now, the developers are still sticking to the previous plan.
In response to concerns, Rockstar Games is encouraging its employees to return to the office to accelerate the pace of development, which many employees disagree with, as the original terms of employment included the possibility of working remotely.
In contrast, journalist and authoritative insider Tom Henderson posted on his page on X (formerly Twitter) surethat these data do not correspond to reality.
While GTA VI is currently planned to be released in 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles, no information has been provided yet about the PC version. As with GTA V, it is possible that the PC version will be released in a year or two.
