Alexander Vedyakhin, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sberbank, said in his statement at the “Russia” exhibition and forum within the scope of “Artificial Intelligence Day” that Sber introduced GigaLegal, a smart legal assistant that will assist experts in legal documents and Russian legislation.
With the help of GigaLegal, legal department employees, purchasing managers, real estate agents and other specialists will be able to reduce the time for drafting contracts, effectively organize work with clients and analyze judicial practices.
Additionally, with the help of GigaLegal, real estate agents will be able to quickly analyze the client’s situation and check purchase and sale contracts.
“Our unique legal AI assistant, GigaLegal, will allow companies to earn more by simplifying workflows, reducing the likelihood of errors, and increasing the efficiency of legal teams,” Vedyakhin said.
He added that the development of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of law will take experts to a new level and make a qualitative leap in the sector.
“As a result, lawyers with the skills to work with artificial intelligence will have a competitive advantage in the labor market,” Vedyakhin said.
To create a legal assistant, GigaChat API was used (a software interface for integrating GigaChat into third-party applications and business products).
