Music streaming service Apple Music has introduced its monthly Replay feature, which shows users statistics of the tracks, artists and albums they’ve listened to in the last 30 days. This was reported by portal TechCrunch.
Apple Music subscribers can see monthly listening times as well as the most popular songs.
Also added is the ability to share information about Replay with family and friends and view monthly and yearly statistics from the Apple Music library. Apple announced that only users who “listen to enough music” will receive monthly statistics.
The new feature is likely Apple’s attempt to maintain competition with music streaming service Spotify, which is rolling out a host of new features in 2023, including the option to choose a city based on the songs you listen to.
In addition, the 2024 Apple Replay Mix playlist is also available in the Apple Music application. The playlist is a personalized list of the best songs of the year that will be updated weekly.
