Developers of the Stakhanovets company have created a program that calculates how much potential danger the actions of each employee pose to the employer. Dangerous actions may include operating on gambling sites, visiting stores on the dark web, seeking employment, or prejudicial criticism of a company or senior management. This was told to socialbites.ca in Stakhanovets.
It is based on an intelligent system that analyzes user behavior in the workplace and provides a rating of potentially dangerous employees on a ten-point scale.
The risk level is calculated based on two criteria: how much time an employee spends on potentially harmful sites and applications and how often they use questionable words. The system includes a basic list of resources and vocabulary, but employers can adjust this to fit the company’s specifications.
“The rating helps managers proactively identify employees who can harm the company. These may be insiders who plan to transfer confidential information to third parties, or employees who shake up the situation in the team,” Alexander Kanatov, business director of the Stakhanovets company, explained to socialbites.ca.
Also, the rating allows the manager to pay attention to the quality of work of a particular employee and discuss his duties with him in a timely manner, as well as prevent the loss of key personnel. The function is available in the new version of the Stakhanovets monitoring system.
