It was noted that an unknown person contacted Vitaly via the online communication service Discord and introduced himself as the Alermo blogger with 1.23 million subscribers on YouTube.
“The voice in the headset offered cooperation and promised the guy 2.2 million rubles, without really explaining what to do. But before starting cooperation, it was necessary to confirm their loyalty – to throw 220 thousand rubles at the “blogger”. – says broadcast.
As a result, an actress from the capital of Russia believed the offer and transferred the necessary amount to the criminal to prove his loyalty to his favorite blogger.
“The player soon realized he had been scammed: the account stopped communicating. The disappointed man went to the police. Now the staff are trying to find the scammer,” Shot added.
