Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco is preparing to announce a new flagship device, the F4 GT. This was reported by Passionate Geekz citing their own source. However, the authors of the resource published official drawings and specifications of the device.
According to the publication, the Poco F4 GT will be a clone of the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition previously offered for the Chinese market. The new device will be so similar to its predecessor that the only external difference will be the logo and colors. In the latter case, we mean yellow, gray and black. Buyers of the original model – Redmi – can choose only the gray or blue model.
The features of the new device will also overlap with the K50 Gaming Edition. Therefore, the F4 GT will receive a Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor, a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, a 4700 mAh battery and three main cameras of 64, 13 and 2 megapixels. The front camera is one, 20 megapixels. As for the amount of onboard and RAM, there will be two options: 8 GB and 128 GB, as well as 12 GB and 256 GB.
According to Passionate Geekz, the Poco F4 GT will be announced on April 26. Along with the smartphone, the company is expected to introduce a stylized smartwatch and new wireless headphones under the Genshin Impact game.
The price of the new device was not disclosed. However, it is known that the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition, a copy of which is the Poco F4 GT, started in China with a price tag of $ 520. Since this brand has traditionally produced the cheapest flagships on the market, it is to be hoped that the new Poco will fetch an even lower price tag.
