St. Petersburg developers showed the first trailer for the game Vasilisa and Baba Yaga 15.01.2023 at 17:38

Asya Yurina and Lyuba Nurmukhamedova, developers of independent studio Baba Yaga Games, released a trailer for their new game Vasilisa and Baba Yaga. link to video appeared on the team’s Twitter account.

Vasilisa and Baba Yaga is a 2D adventure based on the Russian folk tale about Vasilisa the Beautiful. The developers describe their project as “a scary story about a journey into the forbidden forest for magical powers.”

“We have been slowly working on this project for the last five years. Now, we feel we are finally ready to end it.”

The developers did not say when the game could be released.

Baba Yaga Games is an independent development studio founded in 2016. For almost seven years, the studio has released two projects: the children’s educational application “And Again Spring” and One Eyed Kutkh, a “space adventure” based on the fairy tales of the peoples of the Far North. One Eyed Kutkh is available for download on PC, Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch.
