Microsoft has decided to eliminate the main difference between Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 by releasing its own controller with enhanced haptic feedback such as DualSense. About it in the new episode of the XboxEra podcast reported Insider Nick Baker.
According to an insider source, Microsoft is developing a controller with an integrated touchpad similar to the touchpad found on the DualShock 4 and DualSense from PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 respectively. Additionally, Baker claims the new joystick will have better vibration. Similar to the DualSense vibration, it will transmit tactile sensations from the environment and weapons in video games.
While Baker is confident that a prototype Xbox controller exists, he doesn’t know when Microsoft will release a consumer version of the device. An insider claims that at the moment the state of the controller is far from being released.
