The festival is organized by Daniel Parres, a Santa Pola athlete, who has developed a full program of sport-related activities alongside the competition. The lineup includes attractions for visitors of all ages, such as tourist routes, workshops, conferences, presentations, musical performances, demonstrations, exhibitions, and culinary showcases that run in parallel with the racing schedule.

The racing opened with a 200-meter sprint test as part of the Spanish Championship in open water. The Eurotour International League features a 7-kilometer open water race and a 15-kilometer elite event. On the same day, canoe and foil trials are conducted, with the schedule culminating on Sunday in a 1,000-meter Open International Technical Race.
