The Legends match pits emblematic Villarreal alumni against a selection of renowned Spanish peers. The opposing team will be named Legends of Spain. This fixture stands as one of the milestone events in the #CentenariGroguet celebrations, marking a full century since the club’s inception.
A tribute ceremony will precede the match, honoring participants and giving fans a chance to wave to the players as they enter the field for family photo moments. Throughout the week, a vote will be held to name Villarreal’s eleventh club legend and to identify the greatest goal in the Yellow Submarine era.

The game is scheduled for Saturday, March 25, at 5:30 pm local time, to be played at the Ceramic Stadium, Villarreal’s historic home ground.
