Stanislava Konstantinova, a Russian figure skater, shared a recent photo with her followers on Instagram. The post features the athlete wearing jeans and a black top that reveals her shoulders and fits closely to her torso.
In August 2022, Konstantinova announced a pause in her skating career. During a July 2023 interview with Sport-Express, she stated that she had chosen to retire from competitive skating due to a waning motivation and a belief that she had passed her peak. She explained that returning to her past results seemed improbable. Her sister, meanwhile, continues to pursue figure skating at a competitive level.
Konstantinova earned a bronze medal in women’s singles at the 2019 Universiade. In the 2020/21 season, she placed 16th at the Russian Championships. Her best international performance came with a second-place finish at the Helsinki Grand Prix during the 2018/19 season. She holds the title of international master of sports.
On March 8, Konstantinova announced on Telegram that the organizers of the show program competition titled “Russian Challenge” refused to permit her to perform the day before the event. The postponement and decision frustrated some participants and fans, who anticipated performances from a former top competitor on the ice.
Earlier in her career, Konstantinova appeared in shows featuring athletic performances in short shorts paired with knitted sweaters, reflecting the blend of athletic skill and stage presentation that characterizes exhibition skating in Russia.
