Stanislava Konstantinova, a two-time medalist at the Russian Junior Championships in women’s singles, shared a glimpse from her break on social media. The image showed the skater enjoying time off in a red swimsuit, posted to her Instagram stories.
At 23 years old, Konstantinova stepped away from competitive skating in early 2022, a move she later described as a retirement from the sport. In an interview from July 2023, she told Sport Express that the decision stemmed from a lack of motivation, explaining that she felt she had already reached her peak and was unable to surpass her previous results. The athlete noted that her sister remains active in the figure skating community.
Konstantinova’s competitive highlights include a bronze medal in women’s singles at the 2019 Universiade. She placed 16th at the Russian Championships in the 2020/21 season, and her strongest international result was a second-place finish at the Helsinki Grand Prix during the 2018/19 season. She is recognized as an international master of sports.
In relation to family, Konstantinova’s spouse has also been mentioned in public discussions about figure skating, with occasional appearances in athletic attire.
