Russian Squad for Cuba Match Details and Lineup

The Russian national football squad announced on its Telegram channel the lineup for the upcoming match against Cuba. In goal, Matvey Safonov from Krasnodar will start, while the defense will feature Alexander Soldatenkov from Wings of the Soviets, Maxim Osipenko of Rostov, Sergei Volkov from Krasnodar, and Alexander Silyanov of Lokomotiv. In midfield, Daniil Glebov (Rostov), Daler Kuzyaev (Le Havre, France), and Anton Miranchuk (Lokomotiv) will line up, with Alexander Golovin from Monaco taking the captain’s armband. In attack, the forward trio will be Golovin, Ivan Oblyakov, and Fedor Chalov, both from CSKA. Golovin is expected to wear the captain’s armband through the game.
