Chelsea’s approach for Ziyech not resulting in PSG signing
French journalist Bruno Salomon reports that Chelsea inadvertently sent the documents three times, causing Hakim Ziyech not to sign for PSG. Chelsea has reportedly done what it could to halt the operation. Paris Saint-Germain plans to file a formal complaint with the LFP on Wednesday. Conversely, journalist Loic Tanzi notes that the LFP may struggle to accept the appeal, arguing that Chelsea disrupted the deal by misrouting the documents three times. PSG could seek a court ruling in their favor.
To inform followers that Chelsea misdirected documents three times, preventing Ziyech from signing with PSG, the Blues allegedly moved to cancel the transaction. Tomorrow the Parisians plan to submit a formal complaint to the LFP.

Baby to Zaragoza from Rayo
Real Zaragoza has reached an agreement with Rayo Vallecano for the loan of Tiago Manuel Dias Correia, known as Bebé, for the remainder of the 2022/23 season.
Chris Ramos and Jorge Meré join Cadiz
Cadiz CF and Club América have agreed on the loan of Jorge Meré until the end of the season. Meré, born in Oviedo, is a central defender who has represented Spain at youth levels, winning the U19 and U21 European titles.
Separately, Cadiz and Lugo have finalized the transfer of striker Chris Ramos. Born in Cádiz, Ramos trained with several clubs in his youth and has experience across Spain’s second tier, including a productive spell with Lugo.
