Konstantinova’s Path from Universiade Bronze to Beyond

Stanislava Konstantinova, a two time medalist at the Russian Junior Championships in women’s singles, recently shared a photo in an evening dress on her Instagram stories. The photo shows the skater wearing a form fitting red dress with striking cutouts.

In August 2022, Konstantinova paused her competitive skating career. The following year, in July 2023, she spoke with a sports publication about stepping away from the sport due to a waning sense of motivation. She described reaching a personal peak and feeling unable to surpass her earlier results. Her sister remains active in the figure skating sphere, following the family tradition on the ice.

Konstantinova earned bronze in women’s singles at the 2019 Universiade. During the 2020/21 season she placed 16th at the Russian Championships. Her strongest international result came with a second place finish at the Helsinki Grand Prix in the 2018/19 season. She holds the title of international master of sports, reflecting her recognition on the field.

In the same era, notable skater Alina Zagitova spoke about big dreams for her career, a sentiment that highlights the high ambitions and vivid aspirations that characterize the sport.
