Foden and Mbappé join Bellingham on football’s top tier of acclaimed players
Jude Bellingham has stood out after a strong World Cup and is widely discussed in football circles. The sport’s power brokers are looking at his signing, and Real Madrid, reportedly the leading destination for the Borussia Dortmund midfielder, is eager to resolve his contract as soon as possible.
Signing him will come at a premium. According to the International Center for Sports Studies (CIES), Bellingham is considered the market’s most valuable player, estimated at 208 million euros. The rating factors in age and the remaining duration of his current contract, among other elements.
In second place is Phil Foden of Manchester City, valued at about 200 million euros, followed by Kylian Mbappé at around 190.5 million. Mbappé sits just ahead of Vinícius Júnior, the Real Madrid forward valued at roughly 190.2 million.
Haaland ranks fifth with a value near 174.9 million, while two Spaniards, Pedri at 170 million and Gavi at 147 million, also feature in the top ten. The list also includes a continuing presence from Real Madrid’s Valverde. Notably, the Spanish league has the most players on this list, accounting for four names.
