Elche’s third January transfer is now official
Arnau Puigmal arrived in Elche with an injury to the back of his right thigh, but his attitude was all about proving himself. Puigmal had previously been connected with Real Zaragoza, and when asked about that possibility he confirmed it had existed. He explained that there was no overarching plan, just the injury he carried and the chance that arose with Elche. He believes the timing aligned with a reasoned path, and that this is where he is meant to be. He became Elche’s third signing on the last day of the winter market, joining on loan with an option to buy.
