Dynamo Makhachkala considers a future move for Alexander Kokorin if promotion to the Russian Premier League becomes a reality
Shamil Gazizov, the general manager of Dynamo Makhachkala, did not rule out inviting Alexander Kokorin to join the squad should the club earn promotion to the Russian Premier League. This stance was shared with Sports Express, signaling openness to a potential strategy if the team secures top-flight status.
Gazizov commented that Kokorin could bring valuable experience and help accelerate the club’s ambitions. He added that the option would be revisited in the summer if the path to the RPL is cleared. At present, Kokorin is on loan with Aris, a Cypriot club. The arrangement began in the summer of 2022 when Fiorentina, which owned his registration, agreed to loan him to Aris.
