Elche OJE, a subsidiary of Juvenil, has more and more ex-players coming together every year. 93 people yesterday at an event of increasing importance and featuring former club players such as Marcial Pina, Lico, Carlos Maciá Bonet, Félix Palomares, Anselmo Navarro, Alarcón, Mojica, Ripoll. Also OJE coaches like Mauri, Patricio Soto, Paco Tarí, classics from Elche bases and other football players like Navarro, Alfredo, Parreño, Lorenzo Antón, Díez Guilabert, Tur, Chambilosqui, el Minero, Samper, Marcelino, Rafi, Parreño, Joaquin, Bobi, Goalkeeper Pastor…

“Dinner was a meeting very nice atmosphere with jokes, memories, longing for matches, the conversations around Elche of those times and this current one. All of the former players have a very fraternal relationship, they were very good times. Elche OJE was one of the most important academies in Spain”, recalls journalist Santiago Gambín, who was present at the meeting, not only because of his profession, but also because for many years he was a member of the organizing committee of the local academy championships.
