Recall, the Russian Football Union (RFU) announced on September 7 that the Russian national football team will play three control matches in the fall. The first match will be held in Bishkek on September 24. The national team of Kyrgyzstan will be the rival of the Russians.
The RFU also said it reached an agreement with Iran to hold an away friendly match in November and is in talks to organize the third autumn game.
Recall that the International Football Federation (FIFA) and the Association of European Football Associations (UEFA) decided to exclude all Russian clubs, as well as the Russian national team, from participating in all competitions controlled by these organizations.
