Mercedes driver George Russell was second and Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc was third.
Lewis Hamilton, who played for Mercedes, the seven-time Formula 1 champion, finished fourth.
Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz finished fifth, but the Spaniard was relegated to eighth after a five-second penalty for a careless pit stop.
