The Rossram project, launched in 2022 as the Russian analogue of Instagram*, actually no longer stood with functioning. Since the beginning of 2025, users cannot go to the website of the social network – instead a report is shown about the need to pay for the Tilda hosting services. The mobile application also became inaccessible: it disappeared from the Rustore store and the last update dates from 2024.
According to open sources, the project problems started long before the current crisis. In January, the Rossgram website no longer responded to requests, and by April 2025 the public fell from his telegram channel to 34.5 thousand subscribers five times less than in the peak period of 2022. The social network team did not comment on the situation, which made himself the mention of “technical work” in their channels.
The financial indicators of the company show a sharp decline. In 2024, the income of IT History LLC, the legal entity of the project, was 965 thousand rubles and net profit – only 12 thousand for comparison: two years earlier the income was calculated in tens of millions. Experts associate this with the loss of user interest and a change in the concept of the platform. In 2023, Rossgram left the focus for cryptocurrency startups and a closed business club, which probably pushed part of the audience.
Despite the crisis, the makers of Rossgram remain looking for investors. Half -Urril briefly resumed the project of the main page after a partial payment of hosting. However, this did not affect the general situation: the functionality of the social network remains inaccessible and the future looks uncertain. There was no official declaration of closure of the team.
