Spartak Moscow head coach Dejan Stankovic found an approach to the Moldovan left-back of the red-whites Oleg Ryabchuk, thanks to which the player began to move more effectively. This is an opinion expressed in a comment to the portal Legal betting – stated the head coach of the Moldovan national team, Sergei Kleshchenko.
“I believe that head coach Dejan Stankovic simplified Ryabchuk’s functional responsibilities. This made Oleg’s job easier and he became more effective. Now Oleg can participate less in heavy combination attacks and instead open up the flanks from the wall. He stopped closing down when counterpressing and gained confidence,” Kleshchenko said.
The expert suggested that Stankovich understood Ryabchuk’s abilities and decided to use them. According to Kleshchenko, in the national team he cannot teach the players himself, he only has the opportunity to evaluate and use their strengths. The coach emphasized that this is exactly what happened with Ryabchuk in Spartak.
Ryabchuk was transferred from Olympiacos of Greece to Spartak last summer. This season the player played three matches for the Muscovites. His contract with the Red-Whites runs until the summer of 2026.
