Former Zenit St. Petersburg football player Andrei Arshavin appreciated the game of the club’s new player Maxim Glushenkov. The words of the former football player are quoted “Match TV”.

Glushenkov moved from Lokomotiv to Zenit this summer. He scored eight goals in two fours for the new team. He scored a goal in the match against Rubin (4:0), scored doubles in the matches against Krasnodar (4:2) and Krylya Sovetov (4:0), and also scored a hat-trick in the match against Rostov (5:0). Glushenkov’s contract with Zenit runs until the summer of 2028.
Zenit defeated Rostov in the 3rd round of the Russian Premier League (RPL). The match played at the Gazprom Arena ended with the home team winning 5-0. Glushenkov scored three goals and made one assist in this match.
