Spanish triathlete Mariam Casillas describes Olympic swims in the Seine as a disgrace Marca.
“The organizers assured us that every precaution was taken to protect our health. If they were thinking about us, they would have a real Plan B. We are like clowns in a circus,” Casillas said.

In December 2023, the IOC allowed athletes from Russia to participate in the 2024 Olympics, but only with neutral status and subject to a number of necessary conditions.
