The finalists of the European Football Championship have been announced.
The deciding match will see Spain and England face off. The meeting will take place on June 14. The teams will take to the field at 22:00 Moscow time.
In the first European semi-final, Spain beat France. The match ended with a score of 2:1. In the ninth minute of the match, Frenchman Randal Kolo Muani opened the scoring with a pass from Mbappe. Lamin Yamal equalized 11 minutes later and four minutes later Dani Olmo put Spain ahead.
England beat the Netherlands in the semi-finals. The meeting ended with a score of 2:1.
In the seventh minute of the match, Dutchman Javi Simons scored. In the 18th minute, Harry Kane equalized. In the last minute of normal time, England’s Ollie Watkins brought his team to the decisive match.
The Russian national team has not been able to participate in the European Championship since 2022 due to the suspension of the national team and Russian clubs from tournaments organized under the auspices of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) and the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).
Previously England reached the final Euro 2024.
