Nigerian midfielder Chidera Ejuke has returned to CSKA Moscow after her contract with the army club was suspended.
Recall that Ejuke has exercised the right of the International Football Federation (FIFA), which allows legionnaires playing in the Russian Premier League (RPL) to suspend their contracts until 30 June 2023. The loan player joined the German Hertha squad, coached by former Dynamo Moscow coach Sandro Schwartz, who left the Russian club at the end of the season.
“CSKA, thank you for everything and best wishes to you this season,” wrote Ejuke on the social networking site.
Last season, Ejuke performed 5 goals and 5 assists in 32 games for CSKA. His contract with the club runs until the end of June 2024.
It was previously reported that the head coach of CSKA Moscow is Vladimir Fedotov. commented Nigerian midfielder Chidera Ejuke’s decision to suspend his contract with the club.
