Russian figure skater Sofya Leontyeva published a new post on the social network Instagram (The owner of Meta company is known as an extremist in Russia and is banned).
The athlete appeared before the subscribers on the shore of one of the beaches, standing full length in her swimsuit and sunbathing.
19-year-old Leontyeva ice dances with Daniil Gorelkin. In the spring of 2023, the couple won the final of the Russian Junior Grand Prix. The skaters are also vice champions of Russia in juniors. The 2023/24 season was Leontyeva and Gorelkin’s debut in senior competitions.
Leontyeva was born on March 5, 2005 in Kirov. She initially studied ballet, but started figure skating at the age of seven. She started ice dancing because of her height of 175 centimeters.
Russian figure skaters have been suspended from competitions under the auspices of the International Skating Union (ISU) since spring 2022 and will compete only in national competitions.
