Russian player was chosen as the second star of the day in the NHL 10:09

The National Hockey League (NHL) has released its list of the top three players of the day.

The third star of the day was Tampa Bay Lightning forward Steven Stamkos. In the match against Montreal, the forward scored a pair of goals and made an assist. His team won with a score of 7:4.

The second star of the day was Florida Panthers’ Russian goalkeeper Sergei Bobrovsky. In the match against the Ottawa Senators, the Russian player played the entire game and did not touch his goal. His team defeated his opponent with a score of 6:0. Florida is in third place in the Eastern Conference.

In this NHL season, Bobrovsky played 55 games and kept five clean sheets. He kept 43 clean sheets in the league in total. He ranked 40th in this indicator among NHL players.

The first star of the day was Winnipeg Jets forward Gabriel Vilardi. In the match against Calgary, the forward scored a hat-trick. His team won with a score of 5:2.
