CSKA legend condemns club for poor work towards youth 10:14

Former CSKA Moscow football player Valery Masalitin said in an interview with socialbites.ca that the active transfer campaign of the army club during the winter break was caused by the desire to find a player similar to Abbosbek Faizullaev in terms of talent and ability.

According to him, this could explain the signing of contracts with Algerian Sid Ahmed Aissaoui and Iranian Amirhossein Rivandi.

“It looks like CSKA is looking for the second Faizullaev. An Asian player with similar talents who can assert himself, benefit the club and then be sold for a high price in Europe or Saudi Arabia under certain conditions.

I don’t know why so little attention is paid to our own students – they too can be promoted and sold. There were such precedents in Tiknizyan and Maradishvili, I don’t know why he stopped,” Masalitin said.

CSKA, which lasted 18 weeks in the Russian Premier League (RPL), ranks eighth in the rankings with 28 points. Vladimir Fedotov’s team is ten points behind championship leader Krasnodar. After the restart of the championship, the army team will play at home against Orenburg in the first round.

Previously Valery Masalitin named The match between Krasnodar and Zenit is the main match in the RPL.
