NHL credits Ovechkin’s assist in Detroit game

Washington Capitals’ Russian forward and captain Alexander Ovechkin lost one of his two assists in the National Hockey League (NHL) regular season match against Detroit Red Wings.

The match took place in Detroit on the night of February 28, Moscow time, and ended with the home team scoring 8:3.
