Former Spartak defender Nicholas Pareja recalled how he had a fight with former red-white player Kirill Kombarov during the break in the match with Akhmat. His words are quoted “Sports Express”.
“Yes, we discussed our performance in that match, then things got more tense and we ended up fighting. But remember that after that we changed the course of the match and won with a score of 4:2.
In general, this should not have happened, but when you really want to win, you cannot do it calmly,” Pareja said.
Parekha played for Spartak from 2010 to 2014. As part of the team in the 2011/12 season, he won silver awards at the Russian Championship.
Pareja is also known for his caps for Anderlecht, Espanyol and Sevilla, and with these performances he won the Europa League three times. The defender completed his career at Mexican club Atlas in 2019.
Pareja also has an Olympic gold medal in Beijing as part of the Argentina national team.
