National teams had also participated in the tournament before. In 2024, Spartak, CSKA, Lokomotiv, Dynamo and St. Legends of Moscow clubs such as St. Petersburg Zenit will take part. The Legends Cup was first held in 2009, since then the Russian team has won the competition 14 times and the cup has gone to the star team only once.
The 16th international football tournament named after Konstantin Eremenko will be held in Moscow at Megasport from 10 to 11 February.
