St. On the official account of St. Petersburg Zenit Telegram announced that defender Dmitry Chistyakov was transferred to Sochi on loan.

“Dmitry Chistyakov will continue the season in Sochi. Football clubs Zenit and Sochi reached an agreement on the loan transfer of the defender until the end of the 2023/24 season. Blue-White-Blues wishes Dmitry Chistyakov a successful continuation of the season! – said the message.

Chistyakov has been playing for Zenit since 2021. In this season of the Russian Premier League (RPL), the defender played in five matches for the blue-white-blue team and could not score a goal.

Chistyakov played for Rostov, Tambov, Shinnik and Armenian Mika before moving to Zenit.

In 2021, Chistyakov made his debut with the Russian national team. The defender played a total of four matches for the national team.

Krasnodar entered the winter break as leaders of the RPL with 38 points. Zenit is in second place with two points missing. Dinamo (32 points) completed the top three.
