Former Spartak Moscow midfielder Oston Urunov may be transferred to CSKA. This was reported by YouTube channel Football Vaqti.

Allegedly, Urunov, together with his football manager, is exploring various options to continue his career. In addition to CSKA, clubs in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Europe are also considered as career options.

In 2020, Urunov could have moved to CSKA, but then Spartak won the fight for the Uzbek midfielder. The football player, transferred from Ufa, has been playing for the red-whites since August 2020. The midfielder failed to establish himself in the Moscow team and returned to the club on loan from Bashkortostan in February 2021. He returned to Spartak six months later and then went to Ufa again for a year. In September 2022, Urunov became a Ural player. After three matches for the Yekaterinburg team, the midfielder left the team and was transferred to Uzbek Navbahor. He became a free agent in January 2024.

After 18 weeks in the Russian Premier League (RPL), Spartak is in fifth place and CSKA is in eighth place.
