Dinamo Minsk forward Vadim Moroz spoke about the possibility of another club from Belarus joining the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). His words are quoted legal betting.
“If a second Belarusian team appeared in the KHL, I would take this news positively.
It would be a very interesting Belarusian derby. I played for Novopolotsk Khimik in the Belarusian Extra League, and last year I became champion for Zhlobin. I know there are passionate fans in Vitebsk, they love hockey. They were in last place before, but now they are leaders. Moroz said that the emergence of a second Belarusian team will further increase interest in the KHL.
Dinamo Minsk is in eighth place in the Western Conference.
