XXI. The candidates for the National Award “Top Five” have been announced. Awarded by the Viktor Gorlov Children’s Football League to the best young players of the year in the Russian Premier League (RPL).

RPL players who have Russian citizenship, are under 21 years of age and have played at least 1/3 of their team’s matches within a calendar year are nominated for the award.
Last year, the winner of the award was Sergei Pinyaev, who was playing for Krylia Sovetov at the time. The winners of the award were mostly CSKA players. These are Igor Akinfeev, Alan Dzagoev, Georgy Shchennikov, Konstantin Bazelyuk, Alexander Golovin, Fedor Chalov, Ilzat Akhmetov and Igor Diveev.
This is not the first time Konstantin Tyukavin has been nominated. In this RPL season, the striker played 16 matches and scored 7 goals and 4 assists. The team’s top scorer.
