We would like to inform members and fans of our beloved club that today and following a complaint from Mr. Andrés Ibarra, legal proceedings have been conducted at the club’s offices to find out how many members have registered during the year 2021 connected.
We do not want to forget that between June 2012 and December 2019, under the presidency of Daniel Angelici, the number of active members increased from 63,650 to 115,123. As of today, there are 114,665 members of all categories, less than in December 2019.
It is worth clarifying that the same person who charges today participated in the process to join 51,473 members.
The chosen inopportune moment, just four hours before Boca plays the semi-final of the Argentine Cup and ten days before the election of the club authorities, shows once again that Mr Andrés Ibarra, candidate of the opposition front, only intends to institution and the electoral process, filing a complaint without any basis, something a Boca fan would never do.
