The Serbian national team has qualified for the 2024 European Championship.

In the eighth round match of the Euro 2024 Qualifying Tournament Group G, the Serbian team drew with the Bulgarian national team on its home field. The match was played in front of 7,325 spectators at the city stadium “Dubocic” in Leskovac and ended in a fruitful draw with a score of 2:2.

The score of the match opened in the 17th minute, with a goal scored by 28-year-old Werder Bremen defender Milos Veljkovic, with a pass from Sevilla’s 32-year-old midfielder Nemanja Gudelj. While the Serbians qualified directly for Euro 2024 by taking second place in the qualifying groups, Hungary rose from first place to the continental championship.
