Fakel defender Igor Kalinin was suspended from training with the first team because he refused to be a substitute in the second half of the 12th round match against Orenburg in the Russian Premier League (RPL). This has been reported Web site Voronezh football club.

Kalinin played professionally for Ukraine’s Illichivets, Zarya and Zvezda teams. He played in the Ukrainian under-18 and under-19 national teams. He signed a contract with Astrakhanli Volgar in 2017.
In the current RPL season, Kalinin appeared in two matches without scoring a goal. The match against Orenburg ended with Fakel winning with a score of 2:1. Alshin and Motspan scored.
Kalinin moved to Rostov from Dynamo Moscow in 2021. Since 2022, Fakel has been playing on loan at Voronezh.
