Russian forward Alexander Ovechkin of the Washington Capitals club of the National Hockey League (NHL) talked about the team’s new coach Spencer Carbery. Ovechkin’s remarks were reported by the club press service.

“I think he’s an energetic guy. He likes to be around the players and help. He’s good. Is he good for the team? Yeah,” Ovechkin said.

Ovechkin, who played in 74 regular season games in the NHL last season, scored 42 goals and 33 assists. However, this did not help the Capitals reach the tournament’s play-offs.
