Inter Miami striker Lionel Messi and club co-owner David Beckham want Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric to continue his career in MLS. Former Spanish forward Predrag Mijatovic announced this on his social networks.
“Is Modric in MLS? He has received offers from many teams in this league; Messi, in particular, has taken a personal interest in him. Luca has already met David Beckham and they had lunch together. Mijatovic said he received an offer from Saudi Arabia, but Luka is in Madrid for now.” He stated that he wanted to stay.
