Evgeny Revenko, deputy chairman of the United Russia group in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, suggested that the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) file a lawsuit against the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). RIA News.

“I recommend that RUSADA file a lawsuit with CAS against WADA seeking reinstatement of rights. I believe that the decision will be positive. I don’t know how the lawyers will react to my offer,” Revenko said.

WADA has previously stated that the status of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency continues to be non-compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code. The Russian organization will have this status until it meets all conditions for restoration.
