There is no agreement yet. On the fourth day of the meetings, after more than 12 hours of negotiations, trade unions, employers’ associations F League Clubs could not reach an agreement on determining the minimum salary of female football players. Although they are close, the two parties have not yet found a figure that will convince them. Now on the table is an offer from SIMA (Confederal Mediation and Arbitration Service) of 21,000 euros this season, 22,000 euros next season and 23,000 euros for 2025, the last year envisaged by the agreement.
Following disagreements on the opening day of the competition last weekend, the parties met again this Tuesday after the previous three days of talks remained inconclusive. Everything was discussed at the meeting, which started at 10.30 and ended at 23.00 at night. At noon it looked like no agreement would be reached, the parties stayed put. However, in the afternoon SIMA submitted an offer.
In the first year, this season, the minimum salary of football players will be 21 thousand euros.. In the three-year agreement, this amount is expected to increase by one thousand euros next season, reaching up to 22 thousand euros. As I will do in the third year, Reaching 23,000 euros and creating a new basis for future renegotiation of the agreement.
The parties were unable to reach an agreement after asking relevant parties and are scheduled to continue negotiations from 3pm this Wednesday.
