Former goalkeeper of the National Hockey League (NHL) Chicago Blackhawks club Anton Khudobin has signed with Sokol Krasnoyarsk, who plays in the All-Russian Hockey League (VHL). This has been reported press office club.

The duration of the contract with the hockey player was not specified.

“Positive emotions. I signed a contract in my home city. I’m very happy to play at home. I’ve already called Krasnoyarsk to my home, so everything is good and great. I’m going into the game stream, the season has started. Only positive thoughts,” said Khudobin.

Last season, Khudobin was traded from the Dallas Stars to the Chicago Blackhawks and played a game in the National Hockey League. He also managed to play for the Minnesota Wild, Boston Bruins, Carolina Hurricanes and Anaheim Ducks in the NHL. He started his career at Metallurg Magnitogorsk and played 26 matches for Atlant Mytishchi in the 2012/13 lockout season.

The goalkeeper reached the Stanley Cup final with Dallas in the 2019/2020 season, where he lost to Tampa Bay Lightning in the Stars series.
