Canadian defender of the Continental Hockey League (KHL) club “Vityaz” Jeremy Roy shared his impressions of life in Russia. His words convey “Match TV”.

“You know, Russia is a very hospitable country, everyone here is very nice, people help me. So I can’t say anything bad about Russia. “Despite all the situation around, I don’t have any problems,” said Roy.

In the final season of the KHL regular season, Roy appeared in 68 games, where he managed to score four goals and provide 27 assists. He also managed to score one assist in five matches of the Gagarin Cup play-offs. Roy was selected 31st overall by the San Jose Sharks in the 2015 National Hockey League (NHL) Draft.
