Rostov’s football player and the Russian national team Nikolai Komlichenko told how life in Moscow is different from life in the Czech Republic, where the striker played for several years for Slovan (2016) and Mladu Boleslav (2017-2020). Transmits words sports24.
“I will not say that everything is easy there. Any problem was dealt with promptly. Do everything yourself, line up everywhere. At first I did not know the language.
The locals, who saw that I was Russian, were not very willing to help. And now everything is fine with me and in Russia. You know, they say sanctions, they closed everything – you can take everything! I googled, wrote that I needed a sofa, went to the site, bought it – you’ll have it in a day or two. This is not the case in the Czech Republic: you have to go yourself, enter your passport details, visas, pay some taxes.
If there’s one thing I miss Czech, it’s beer. Inexpensive and high-quality – a buzz, ”said the striker.
This season, 28-year-old Komlichenko made four appearances for Rostov, scoring three goals and assisting in all competitions. After four rounds, the Donskoy club collected seven points and took seventh place in the standings.
