Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappé has been named the world’s best striker for the 2022/23 season ESPN. This rating was made up of strikers who moved to the flanks and moved deeply instead of the classic forwards.
In second place is Real Madrid’s striker Vinicius Junior. The top three were closed by the Argentine forward “Inter Miami” Lionel Messi.
As Marca had previously claimed, Mbappé’s mother had told PSG management that Mbappé would not renew his contract with the club. The contract between the club and the player expires at the end of the 2023/24 season.
On 26 June, Le Parisien reported that PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi was confident the club still had a chance to persuade the player to sign a deal. Mbappe’s contract expires next summer. The footballer extended it outside of last season, despite the possibility of transferring to Real Madrid.
Mbappé was the top scorer in the French Ligue 1 with 29 goals last season.
Previously reportedPSG management believes Mbappe has cheated the club.
