Former football player of Moscow Lokomotiv and the Russian national team Dmitry Tarasov became the winner of the Media League for the first time.
The 36-year-old midfielder won the tournament with Rodina Media, beating 2DROTS (3:1) in the final.
Thus, Tarasov became the first football player to win the championship, the Cup of Russia (as part of Lokomotiv) and the Medialiga.
Rodiny Media and 2DROTS will compete in the Russian Cup in the 2023/24 season. Also, the third participant from media football will play in the tournament, an invited team by decision of the Russian Football Union.
Tarasov played for Lokomotiv from 2010 to 2019. During that time, he appeared in 188 games where he scored 12 goals and provided 10 assists.
In addition, football player Tom is also known for his performances in Moscow, Kazan Rubin and the capital Veles. In the T-shirt of the Russian national team, Tarasov played eight matches, scored one goal and one assist.
