The Black Footballers partnership accused the English Football Association of lacking racial diversity. sky sports.

The organization is dissatisfied with non-compliance with the “Diversity Act”, which must try to fill the set quota of non-white staff (25%) and coach (10%). This document was developed in 2020. Supported by all clubs of the English Premier League (EPL).

The agency’s report states that only ten clubs from all four divisions meet the requirements: Ipswich Town, Queens Park Rangers, Stoke City, Burnley, Burton Albion, Doncaster Rovers, Fleetwood Town, Arsenal, Manchester United and Brentford.

Black players make up 43% of all players in the Premier League in the 2022/23 season.
